It's been a busy week. I've been working on my new comic story, "Trouble in Tascosa," for the upcoming second issue of Hotwire, to be published by Fantagraphics this fall. We've also had visitors over the past week. My mother and nephew Jake visited for a couple of days. That was a lot of fun. Then on Sunday my friends Baird Blanton, Brian Roper, and Tom Finn dropped by for a few hours' lively conversation. Brian and Tom had made the trip from Fort Worth to Austin to attend the Roky Erickson concert the previous Friday. (You can read all about their trip on Brian's blog at File 23.) Then, after they left, I got back to work on my story and have been working on it ever since. Right now I'm taking a couple of hours to catch my breath and prepare for tonight's all-new LIVE edition of PsiOp Radio, hosted by myself and SMiles Lewis.
